A Legacy of Love & Community

Our Story: 30+ Years in Memory of Vera Barbarotta & Al Bianchi

The Bianchi Barbarotta Foundation is the result of over 30 years of dedicated effort by our family. It was established in loving memory of two pillars of our family and community: Vera Barbarotta and Al Bianchi.

Al and Vera believed deeply that every child deserves the opportunity to participate in sports, stay active, learn teamwork, and build confidence regardless of financial background. Over three decades, what began as a family tribute has grown into a cornerstone nonprofit for youth sports funding in Berkshire County, Massachusetts.

Thanks to the generous support of our community, local businesses, and loyal event participants, the foundation has experienced significant growth in recent years. We continue working closely with longstanding collaborators while building new partnerships that ensure the next generation of Berkshire kids thrives.
